This is Grace Lutheran

Grace Lutheran School exists to share the message of salvation through Jesus Christ, to prepare our children for today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities, and to equip children with the tools necessary for lives of Christian service. Grace Lutheran School is an integral part of the total ministry of Grace Lutheran Church.

Our experienced staff and faculty work closely with parents to help children reach their full potential. In the classroom, on the playground, and through daily devotions and Bible study, teachers and students share their love of Jesus with each other.

Our curriculum includes more than just textbooks – whole group, small group, and individual learning through hands-on activities, projects, and service tasks are also an integral component of student learning. We are proud of our reputation for providing a quality education rich in science and math as well as the many extracurricular and sports programs we have available for our students.

Grace Lutheran Church founded

1963

Doors opened to the first kindergarten class

1964-1969

New grade levels added annually up to 6th grade

1977-1978

Added 7th grade, 8th grade, and prekindergarten

1989

Purchased the annex from John Deere

2006 - 2007

Dedicated the Family Life Center (FLC) gym, kitchen, lunchroom, youth room, and staff offices

2012

Child Development Center opened

2015

High school began; Became a homeschool cover

2020

Remodeling of FLC classrooms completed

Our Purpose

The unique purpose of Grace Lutheran School is to provide a quality education within a Lutheran setting, built upon the principles of the Christian faith as found in the Holy Scriptures. Within this Christian environment, we strive to help children discover, develop, and use their God-given gifts to the glory of Christ their Savior. It is our goal that as our students grow closer to Jesus, they understand their responsibility and their privilege of sharing His love and of building each other up in the faith.
